How I use what you send me.
Short version: I use it to quote and build your piece. I don’t sell it. Last updated August 2026.
Who this is
Powell’s Metal Fusion Studio is me, Justin Powell, a one-person shop in Liberty Hill, Texas. If you email, call, or fill out the commission form, you’re talking to me.
What I collect
When you commission a piece, the form asks for your name, email, phone, the kind of piece, a description, and a timeline. That comes to me at contactus@pmfusion.co so I can quote the job. I keep it as a contact and a commission record.
Photos of the room, the house, or a sketch usually come later by email. I keep those with the job. Don’t send anything you wouldn’t want stored with it.
If you call or email instead of using the form, I keep the same kind of notes so I can quote you.
What I do with it
I use it to reply, write a quote, build the piece, arrange delivery or install, and follow up if we left something open. I may send progress photos or videos during the build. I don’t sell your information, rent it, or put you on a blast list.
Who else sees it
The website is hosted on the web host behind pmfusion.co. Quote emails go through that host to contactus@pmfusion.co. If a page has a YouTube video, YouTube may see that you played it. I don’t run ads against this site.
If I hire a delivery or install helper for your piece, they only get what’s needed to show up (address, access notes). Not your whole file.
How long I keep it
I keep commission records as long as they’re useful for the work and for anything we might need later (warranty, a matching piece, a question about the build). If you want it gone, ask.
Your call
Email contactus@pmfusion.co or call (737) 734-5157 to see what I have, fix it, or ask me to delete it. I’ll do it unless I have to keep a sliver for a paid job, a tax record, or a live build.
This page
This is the policy for this shop, written in plain language. It’s not a lawyer letter. If something here needs to change, I’ll date the update at the top.
